Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, networking, and social media.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary and direct-hire employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
