Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in technical roles.
- Manage a high-volume of active and passive job seekers through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and placement rates, to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources, preferably in the technical sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing placements and meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to travel to client sites and company events in the Colorado Springs area.
