Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and prepare detailed candidate profiles to ensure a perfect match.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process and coordinate the start dates for new hires.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) regarding time-to-fill and fill rate to ensure agency targets are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume sales (B2B experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of candidates effectively.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
