Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks.
- Nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions with a focus on speed and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and hiring targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
