Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and soft skills.
- Manage and update candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses to generate new staffing opportunities.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and permanent employees.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for approved candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the local labor market.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
