Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and salary expectations.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information.
- Communicate job opportunities to potential candidates via phone and email.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary and permanent hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and job seekers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary; we provide the training.
