Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify job candidates through phone interviews and application reviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team performance goals
- Participate in training programs to master recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional client visits)
