Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions across various industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and employers
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with precision
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for placed candidates
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary employees
- Track key performance metrics and contribute to weekly team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships or volunteer work acceptable)
- Exceptional communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
- Highly organized with attention to detail in multitasking environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Must pass background check and drug screening
