Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and source qualified candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and documentation
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with marketing initiatives to attract top talent
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill open positions efficiently
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
