Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit for our clients.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate complex interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and clients using our ATS system.
- Onboarding Support: Manage the onboarding process for temporary and direct-hire employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our talent pipeline database with current candidate information and job requirements.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates on job status and salary negotiations.
- Market Research: Assist in identifying market trends and labor shortages to better serve our staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruiting environment, or administrative support role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Work Ethic: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
