Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates across diverse industries (healthcare, tech, finance)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: interviews, offers, onboarding, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track pipelines and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill urgent staffing needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Maintain compliance with federal/state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Miami's job market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
