Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Manage candidate relationships through email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Assist in the placement of temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent staff.
- Update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases accurately.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine recruiting skills.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with tight deadlines.
- No prior recruiting experience required; we value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a commission-based environment.
