Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across technical, administrative, and specialized roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with key hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and niche job boards
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively in Detroit's evolving job market
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to build equitable talent pipelines
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong understanding of Detroit's key industries: automotive, advanced manufacturing, and tech
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to optimize processes
