Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client accounts
- Screen and onboard candidates using our proprietary digital platform
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for weekend staff
- Optimize shift schedules using AI-driven workforce tools
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Track KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or agency experience
- Strong Oklahoma City industry network
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent credential
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
