Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in retail, hospitality, and logistics
- Conduct interviews and reference checks for temporary and part-time roles
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with precision
- Coordinate weekend onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
