Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and hospitality clients
- Screen and interview candidates specifically for weekend shift positions
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes for weekend staff
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage requests
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand weekend operational needs
- Track and report key staffing metrics weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently on weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Jacksonville's labor market preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
