Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of immediate hire positions across multiple industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to find passive talent.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets.
- Ensure all candidate and client data is accurately entered and maintained in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
