Responsibilities
- Source & Sourcing: Utilize various channels (social media, networking, job boards) to identify and engage passive and active job seekers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary requirements.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
