Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various sourcing tools and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Assist in onboarding new temporary and contract employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and accurate timekeeping.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages for our agency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a strong plus.
