Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the daily scheduling of night shift temporary staff.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for incoming night shift personnel.
- Monitor productivity and safety compliance during night operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints or staff emergencies.
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Identify staffing gaps and recruit qualified candidates for fill.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, HR, or operations management.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
