Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for local staffing needs.
- Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify passive talent pools and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates through networking and social media platforms.
- Ensure all compliance documentation and candidate data are up-to-date and secure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client and candidate service.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) with high energy and minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
