Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews for potential candidates on weekends.
- Manage and optimize job postings on various recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and cultural fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build a robust network of passive candidates through networking events and social media outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding job openings and candidate status updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a standard schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site visits.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and candidate acquisition.
