Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with job applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Review and screen resumes to identify top talent for our client's open positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers.
- Assist in posting job openings on various digital platforms and social media channels.
- Update candidate and client databases with accurate information in a timely manner.
- Participate in local networking events and job fairs to promote our agency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
