Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
