Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills and availability for daily pay shifts.
- Match qualified candidates with suitable open positions in the Wichita area.
- Onboard new hires and ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance checks are completed.
- Build strong relationships with local business partners to secure new shifts and roles.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and temporary workers.
- Assist with orientation, safety training, and daily shift scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use HR software.
