Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing placements for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments via phone/video on weekends
- Manage onboarding processes for weekend-shift employees
- Resolve urgent staffing issues during weekend operations
- Maintain accurate candidate and client databases in ATS
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters for seamless handoffs
- Generate weekend staffing performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) essential
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis labor market
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (client site visits required)
- Background check clearance mandatory
