As a Weekend Staffing Specialist, you will be the face of our brand during our critical weekend operations, ensuring that every candidate and client receives world-class service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and phone interviews with prospective candidates on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Manage and maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers for the upcoming week.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified talent across various industries.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for temporary staff placements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
