Responsibilities
- Manage the Weekend Pipeline: Screen, interview, and source candidates specifically for weekend shifts and temporary staffing needs.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific weekend requirements and culture.
- Placement Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for weekend staff, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update status reports.
- Market Research: Monitor local Nashville job market trends to advise candidates on industry opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct follow-up calls with weekend staff to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts available).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms.
