Your Role
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Your primary focus will be on managing the recruitment lifecycle for weekend roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for weekend shift roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing channels and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.
- Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track applicant progress and metrics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing and recruiting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a weekend schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are recommended.
