Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with open weekend shift positions in healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews with candidates during weekend hours
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
- Coordinate onboarding processes for weekend staff placements

Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Valid Washington state driver's license and reliable transportation
