Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Memphis industries
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary/permanent roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job order to placement
- Analyze market trends to position candidates effectively
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Conduct in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Leverage CRM systems to track recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing sales experience
- Proven track record meeting revenue targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
