Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for various contract and temp-to-hire positions across New York.
- Conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent for our client portfolio.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand dynamic staffing needs and requirements.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction rates through excellent service.
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Updating candidate data in our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
- Reliable transportation to cover various job sites across the city.
- Flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend shifts as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
