Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers to understand their workforce needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
