Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet client demands.
- Manage and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical and cultural needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage the candidate journey, and provide timely feedback.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant data and ensure compliance.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with competitive salary insights and hiring trends.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer process to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
