Responsibilities
- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract passive candidates for various open positions.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all active candidates and open roles.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation coordination.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to meet monthly recruitment targets.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
