Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and applicants.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Professional demeanor and a strong desire to learn.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
