Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source and engage potential candidates.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Attend networking events and job fairs to represent Apex Staffing Solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
