Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and networking strategies to identify and engage passive job seekers.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and open positions.
- Placement Support: Coordinate the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and industry demands in the Nashville market to provide accurate advice to candidates.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate candidate databases and prepare necessary documentation for placements.

Qualifications
