Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Interviews: Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Placement: Facilitate the placement process, including negotiating offers and coordinating onboarding schedules.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive agency revenue.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure all compliance paperwork is completed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Tools: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- License: Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation required.
