Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent pipeline management
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements, billings, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean techniques
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
