Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent technical, administrative, and executive roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for high-demand positions in IT, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from client intake to candidate placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and niche job boards
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand staffing needs and provide market insights
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and exceptional service
- Drive agency revenue growth by achieving monthly KPIs for placements and client retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including technical interviews and offer negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of Chicago's talent market across diverse industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and C-suite clients
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions with tight deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to optimize processes
