Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify potential talent for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct professional phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier service.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Follow-up: Proactively follow up with candidates to keep the pipeline flowing and ensure a great candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable with a strong desire to learn.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Denver, CO office.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
