Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client vacancies across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-fit alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient candidate management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling high-volume, urgent technical and non-technical roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex requirements
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for critical placements
