Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across multiple industries (healthcare, IT, manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multiple competing priorities
