- Source and engage top-tier candidates across technical, clinical, and executive roles using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ high-value clients including Fortune 500 energy firms and leading healthcare systems
- Develop innovative talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with Houston's top universities and professional associations
- Execute data-driven recruitment strategies with ATS optimization and predictive analytics
- Lead client relationship management with weekly performance reviews and strategic talent consultations
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining 90%+ fill rate on urgent assignments
- Drive process improvements through quarterly recruitment audits and technology integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with proven success in high-volume hiring
- Expertise in sourcing technical talent (engineers, data scientists) and healthcare professionals (nurses, specialists)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday) with advanced Boolean search certification
- Strong client management skills with demonstrable revenue growth track record
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
