Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across technology, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidate pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, fill rates)
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville's talent market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent hiring requests simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
