Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for high-demand positions in healthcare, tech, and hospitality sectors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Leverage ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Represent our agency at industry events and networking functions to expand our talent pool
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in placing candidates across diverse industries including healthcare and tech
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals)
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value placements
- ATS proficiency (Workday, Bullhorn, or similar) and data-driven recruitment approach
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
