Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to identify and engage top-tier candidates for various industries.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Placement Success: Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
- Self-Motivated: A hunger for success, ability to work independently, and strong time management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
