As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth, sourcing and placing IT professionals in roles ranging from Junior Developers to C-Level Executives. You will have the autonomy to build your book of business while enjoying a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for IT and engineering positions, from sourcing to closing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Staffing or Recruitment.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume roles and meeting KPIs.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
