Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs and strategic goals.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to source, screen, interview, and place top-tier talent in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Utilize industry-leading ATS and CRM tools to manage pipelines and track key performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in the Omaha metro area.
- Collaborate with the team to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for specialized roles.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client service throughout the hiring process to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or account management (staffing experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
